How many wedding guests can the 9-seater carry?

Our 9-seater carries up to 8 passengers plus the driver, with room for dresses, suits and bags. It's ideal for moving the bridal party or family groups between the ceremony, reception and hotels in one vehicle.

Is wedding hire cheaper than local fleets?

Our fixed fares are quoted upfront and frequently work out lower than local Perth and Dundee fleets, especially for group travel — one 9-seater usually costs less than two or three local taxis. Every quote is confirmed in writing before you book.

Which wedding venues do you cover around Coupar Angus?

We cover venues across Perthshire and Angus — including Blairgowrie, Alyth, Meigle, Perth and Dundee — with timed pickups for the ceremony, photo stops and late-night returns home for guests.

Why book with us

Lower fares than local fleets — even from Perth or Dundee

Local fleets in Perth and Dundee often price group travel per car, so a wedding party of eight means two or three taxis and two or three fares. Our 9-seater takes everyone in one vehicle at one fixed fare — which is why quotes for journeys from Perth or Dundee regularly come in below the local fleets. Every quote is confirmed in writing before you book, and the fare you're quoted is the fare you pay.

Day tours work the same way: from £595 per vehicle, collecting you from Coupar Angus, Perth, Dundee or anywhere in the UK by arrangement — the final quote simply accounts for the mileage to your pickup point.

Ways you can pay

Prepay (held) — We pre-authorise the quoted fare on your card — the money is held, not taken. Our office checks the job for any extras and approves it, and only then is the payment taken. You can pay in your own currency; the fare is settled against its GBP value. When: the estimate is held on your card the moment you book. It is only taken after our office approves the job — usually within a few hours. If the final fare is lower, you are charged the lower amount; anything extra (waiting time, extra stops) is agreed with you first. If verification fails: no money is taken and the hold is released automatically (your bank may show a pending line for a day or two). Your booking stays in place as unpaid — we email and text you a fresh secure payment link, and if it still will not go through you can switch to paying the driver or by bank transfer without losing the booking.
Card after ride — Save your card securely now — we charge the final fare when the driver marks the ride complete, then email your receipt. When: nothing is taken at booking — we only check the card is valid. The final fare is charged after the ride, once the driver marks the journey complete, and a receipt is emailed to you.If verification fails: the card is not saved and nothing is charged. Your booking is not cancelled — we contact you for another card, or you can pay the driver on the day.
Direct Debit — Set up a UK Direct Debit mandate now with your sort code and account number. The final fare is collected from your bank account after the journey — ideal for regular and account travel. Protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. When: nothing is taken at booking. The final fare is collected from your bank account a few working days after the ride, with advance notice under the Direct Debit Guarantee. If the mandate or a collection fails: your bank rejects it and we email you. The booking stands and we will ask for another payment method — no charge is applied twice.
Bank transfer — We email you our account name, sort code and account number with a payment reference as soon as you book. The payment must be showing in our account before your journey starts — if it hasn't cleared by then, your driver will be told to collect the fare from you instead. When: you pay before the ride. We email our bank details and a reference when you book, and the money must show in our account before pickup.
Pay the driver — Nothing to pay online. Settle directly with your driver at the end of the journey — cash, the card machine in the vehicle, bank transfer, or by phone. When: at the end of the journey. Nothing is taken online — you settle the fare with the driver when you arrive.
